Buying a home in today’s market

With interest rates on the rise, and low inventory, it seems like it’s not the ideal time to purchase a home.  But on the contrary, this is a good time to purchase.  Homes are flying off the market.  As soon as one becomes available, multiple buyers are competing for it.  You can’t predict what the market will be next week or next month.  Even though interest rates are on the rise, they are still at a decent rate, and it is worth purchasing a home versus renting because rent also keeps increasing.
